Terms and Conditions
All sessions are held at our studio in Abu Futaira, and home service is not available.
A deposit of 40 KWD is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining amount due after the session.
Clients are entitled to postpone the session only once, provided they notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or postponements made less than 24 hours prior to the session will result in the loss of the deposit, but a new appointment can be booked with a new deposit.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will result in a full refund of the deposit.
If we need to postpone, the client will receive either an additional theme or 3 extra photos as compensation.
If you are 10 to 20 minutes late for your session, that time will be deducted from the original session time.
If you are 30 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
